the severe economic crisis facing the agricultural sector due to the enormous difficulties of penetration of our products in global markets;
considered that the crisis in the agricultural sector invests massively, as an immediate consequence, the laborers who sees year after year reduce the number of working days available;
noted that the unemployment allowance is for the agricultural portion of a farm worker wages that must be recognized when the work is not therefore of necessity and need;
ALL CIO 'stated and considered the undersigned trade union leader, LABOURERS AND FORESTRY INSTITUTIONS SEEK TO ADDRESS THAT SINCE 2010, THE ALLOWANCE' AGRICULTURAL UNEMPLOYMENT WILL BE PAID WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE SAME PRESENTEZIONE AND PROGRAMS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO ENABLE THE PAYMENTS ACTIONS, IF ANY, AS AMONG OTHERS, IS WITH unemployment benefits.
